• ?Patient load — clinical exposure is the education. A packed OPD teaches more than a famous name with an empty ward.
• ?Internship stipend — the sanctioned amount and whether it is actually paid on time. Amounts differ by state and college type.
• ?Bond enforcement — is the service bond genuinely enforced here, and how are postings allotted? Seniors know the practice, not just the order.
• ?Faculty presence — vacancies in key departments show up in NMC inspection reports and in seniors' complaints long before rankings move.
