Seatpath
Terms of service

Plain language. Binding anyway.

Seatpath is operated by Paper Predict, Delhi (GSTIN 07NLLPK1909P1Z9). Using it means agreeing to these terms. Last updated 5 August 2026.

1. What Seatpath is — and is not

Seatpath is a decision-support tool for NEET-UG counselling. We organise official, public data — cutoffs, seat matrices, fees, bonds, schedules — and compute views over it for your rank. We are not affiliated with NTA, MCC, NMC, AACCC or any state counselling authority, and nothing here is an official communication from them.

We do not fill forms for you, hold your counselling-portal credentials, take payments for seats, or influence any allotment. Anyone claiming to do those things in our name is defrauding you — pay counselling fees only on official government portals.

2. The data and its limits

Every figure traces to an official published document, labelled with its vintage. Cutoffs are last season's unless marked as this season's parsed results; they shift every year with paper difficulty, seat additions and applicant behaviour. Estimates are labelled as estimates. Provisional figures say so.

Verify before you act. The official portal on the day is the only truth for dates, fees and rules; treat Seatpath as the map, not the territory. We are not liable for decisions taken on data an authority later revised, or for its errors in publishing — though when we get something wrong, we correct it publicly on the live board.

3. Free tier and the season pass

Most of Seatpath is free without an account. Signing in (email only, no password) unlocks the personal dashboard's free surfaces. The season pass (₹499, one payment) unlocks the full decision engine — options depth, the choice-list engine and mock run, money views, exports and season-live updates — for the whole NEET-UG 2026 counselling season, every round, on every device you link.

The pass is a digital service that begins immediately; apart from the no-seat refund below, fees are not otherwise refundable once the season's rounds begin.

4. The refund rule

No seat, no charge. If you follow your plan and receive no allotment in any round you were eligible for, the pass is refunded in full — processed automatically within 7 working days of the final round closing. You do not have to ask; we can see your rounds.

48-hour cooling-off. Within 48 hours of payment, for any reason, the pass refunds in full — provided you haven't yet locked a choice list. After you lock a list and receive an allotment there is no refund, including if you decline the seat. The pass never auto-renews; it ends when the 2026 cycle ends.

5. Your account and data

Your plan lives on your device by default. Cross-device sync is opt-in and mirrors your profile to our store, keyed to your verified email. The privacy policy is part of these terms: we never sell your data, never share it with colleges, coaching institutes or agents, and never call you.

6. Fair use

One pass covers one student's counselling journey (their family alongside them, of course). Scraping, reselling, or republishing our compiled datasets or exports as a commercial service isn't allowed; pointing people at the underlying official documents — which we link on every screen — always is.

7. Liability, in proportion

To the extent law allows, Paper Predict's total liability for any claim connected to the service is capped at the amount you paid us. Counselling outcomes turn on your rank, your choices, authority decisions and seat availability — none of which we control and none of which we ever promise.

8. Changes and jurisdiction

If these terms change mid-season, the dated changes appear here and materially-affected pass holders are notified on the dashboard. Disputes fall under the laws of the courts of Delhi, India.
